Classes can be booked up to:
- 2-hours ahead of Class
- 7-days in advance

8-hour Class Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a Class please ensure that you do so at least 8-hours before your Class starts, to allow ample time for someone else to make use of the space.
If you Cancel Late (or No Show) you will be subject to a fee.
- Late Cancellations are charged at £5.00
- No Shows are charged at £10.00
*Late Cancellation + No Show fees will be automatically charged to your Payment Card on file*
This applies to all Members of BE; irrespective of your Class Pass or Membership Plan.
