Terms + Conditions

Now time for the nitty gritty stuff! We have tried to be fair in our approach, so please read carefully as we will not deviate from the following:

 

TERMS + CONDITIONS (including Cancellation Policies)

Please read the Terms + Conditions carefully.

Bodhi Eden reserves the right to change these Terms at any time + to communicate the changes to you, the Client, by updating the Terms on this page.

 

Bodhi Eden reserves the right to alter + amend the Class Schedule as needed.

 

All bookings must be paid for in advance.

Class bookings close 2-hours before the class start - should you wish to make a 'Last Minute' booking (i.e. within 2 hours of the class) then please email: hello@bodhieden.com where will we be more than happy to accommodate you should space allow.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS

 

 

  • The Membership starts from the date specified when signing up + will be confirmed to you via email. You (the Client) will have Unlimited access to all Bodhi Eden Studio Classes, Members Only Discounts + other additional bonus content for the duration of your Membership.

 

  • The Membership does NOT currently include all Treatments, Courses, Workshops or paid Events.

 

  • The minimum contract length is 3-months for ANY Membership plan.

 

  • We cannot pause your Membership under ANY circumstances.

 

  • The Client Enrolment Form must be completed before attendance to your first class. Any changes to your circumstances or details must be updated via your Account or contact: hello@bodhieden.com

 

  • Membership prices are subject to change. If there is a need to increase the price, we will give you a minimum of 1 month’s notice before implementing any change.

 

  • Bodhi Eden reserves the right to refuse + remove Membership to ANY individual. If removal of Membership is enforced any benefits associated with the Membership will be forfeited + you (the Client) will NOT be entitled to any refund.

 

Membership Payment + Cancellations

  • Your purchase is non-refundable.

 

  • An Unlimited Class Membership plan runs monthly + means every Calendar month.

 

  • Payment is taken on the date specified when you sign-up for the monthly subscription service. You agree to set-up a recurring monthly payment. The first payment will be taken from your account once you sign-up + then every month after, until you cancel your subscription. 

 

  • By entering a regular monthly payment, you are agreeing to these T+Cs + are bound to the minimum contract length of 3-months.

 

  • You are welcome to cancel your Membership at any time (once your minimum Term has been honoured) by providing 1-month’s written notice to: hello@bodhieden.com. Once you cancel you will no longer be able to access this service.

 

  • If you chose to re-join, the new Membership will be subject to the most current prices at the time of signing-up.

 

  • Fees must be paid each month you are a Member - irrespective of whether you have attended or accessed the classes or used any of the benefits associated with your Membership.

 

  • If a payment does not go though, you will be asked to update your payment details as soon as possible + before the start of the next Membership cycle. Failure to update these details may result in denied access to your Membership until full payment is received + you may incur additional admin fees.

 

  • Memberships are personal to you + cannot be shared or transferred from one individual to another.

 

 

CLASS PASSES

 

 

  • The Class Pass starts from the date you specify when signing up + will be confirmed to you via email. You (the Client) will have access to all Bodhi Eden Studio Classes for the number of sessions you paid for (i.e., 5 or 10 Classes) + for the duration set (i.e., 5 Class Passes to be used within 2-months, 10 Class Passes to be used within 3-months) from the date specified when signing-up.

 

  • Class Passes are to be used by the purchaser only, they are non-transferable + cannot be shared.

 

  • Once expired, any unused Classes CANNOT be refunded or transferred.

 

  • We cannot pause your Class Pass duration under ANY circumstances.

 

  • Class Passes do NOT currently include Treatments, Courses, Workshops or paid Events.

 

  • The Client Enrolment Form must be completed before attendance to your first class. Any changes to your circumstances or details must be updated via your Account or contact: hello@bodhieden.com

DROP-IN CLASSES (SINGLE CLASS PASS)

  • All Classes are booked + paid for in advance, and by no later than the start of the session.

 

 

 

  • Single Class Passes are valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase + are non-transferrable + cannot be shared.

 

  • Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance + in the name of the person attending.

 

  • Once a Class has reached its capacity, we will operate a ‘Waitlist’ – should a space become available the first person on the Waitlist will be notified via the App + have 15 minutes to book the session before it is offered to the next person on the list.

 

  • Once expired, any unused Single Class Passes CANNOT be refunded or transferred.

 

  • Single Class Passes do NOT currently include Treatments, Courses, Workshops or paid Events.

 

  • The Client Enrolment Form must be completed before attendance to your first class. Any changes to your circumstances or details must be updated via your Account or contact: hello@bodhieden.com

 

  • Single Class Pass prices are subject to change. If there is a need to increase the price, we will give you a minimum of 1 month’s notice before implementing any change.

 

  • Bodhi Eden reserves the right to refuse + remove Single Class Passes from ANY individual. If removal of a Single Class Pass is enforced any benefits associated with the Pass will be forfeited + you (the Client) will NOT be entitled to any refund.

CLASS CANCELLATION BY YOU (the Client)

  • To avoid being charged, contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (regardless of your Pass or Plan).

 

  • Cancellations with less than 8 hours of notice may be charged at the full fee, plus additional charges outlined below:

  • Late Cancellations
    Cancellations that are received within 8 hours of class + have been sent to: hello@bodhieden.com will be charged at a rate of £5.00

​

 

  • No Shows / Do Not Cancel At All
    When no cancellation has been made / the Studio was not informed of your absence from a booked class / you did not attend, you will be charged at a rate of £10.00

These charges will apply to all Members of Bodhi Eden; irrespective of your Class Pass or Membership Plan. We want a fair system, so this is a one-size-fits all. There are no exceptions to the rule. 
 

Charges will be sent via invoice to your registered email account + are to be paid within 21 days of issue. Failure to pay will result in your account suspension + any benefits will be forfeited, without the right to compensation, until the matter is resolved.

  • In the event that you cancel within 8 hours, miss a session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.

 

Cancellation by Bodhi Eden (the Studio/Teacher)

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Teacher leading the Class, need to cancel your session we will give you as much notice as possible, + move your booking at no extra cost or credit you back the value of the Single Class Pass to be used at a later date.

 

 

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS

  • All Private One-to-One sessions are booked + paid for in advance, in agreement with Bodhi Eden +/or the relevant Teacher, and by no later than the start of the session.

 

 

 

  • The Client Enrolment Form must be completed before attendance to your first class. Any changes to your circumstances or details must be updated via your Account or contact: hello@bodhieden.com

 

  • One-to-One session prices are subject to change. If there is a need to increase the price, we will give you a minimum of 1 month’s notice before implementing any change.

 

  • Bodhi Eden reserves the right to refuse + cancel One-to-One sessions from ANY individual. If removal of a One-to-One session is enforced any benefits associated with the session will be forfeited + you (the Client) will NOT be entitled to any refund.

 

One-to-One Cancellation by you (the Client)

  • To avoid being charged, contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

 

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged at the full fee.

 

  • In the event that you cancel within 24 hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.

 

Cancellation by Bodhi Eden (the Studio/Teacher)

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Teacher leading the session, need to cancel your Class we will give you as much notice as possible, and reschedule the Class at a mutually convenient time to both parties.

 

 

COURSES

 

 

  • All Courses are booked + paid for in advance, and by no later than the start of the session.

 

  • Course can be booked in advance + in the name of the person attending.

 

  • Once a Course has reached its capacity, we will operate a ‘Waitlist’ – should a space become available the first person on the Waitlist will be notified via the App + have 15 minutes to book the session before it is offered to the next person on the list.

 

Course Cancellation by you (the Client)

  • To avoid being charged, please contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 7 days in advance of the Course start, if you need to cancel your booking in its entirety.

 

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days of notice will be charged at the full fee.

 

  • In the event that you cancel within 7 days, miss the sessions or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.

 

  • For Courses to run, a participant minimum will be set. For example; for a Course of more than four participants, four people will be the minimum number of attendees for the Course to run. If the participant numbers are three or below, the Course will not run.

 

Course Cancellation by Bodhi Eden (the Studio/Teacher)

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Teacher leading the Course, need to cancel an individual Course session we will give you as much notice as possible, and reschedule the Class where possible.

 

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Teacher leading the Course, need to cancel or postpone the Course (in its entirety) we will give you as much notice as possible, and reschedule the Course where possible. In this instance you will be offered a full refund or the option to be transferred to an alternative Course or credited the value of the money to be used on other Bodhi Eden Classes, Courses or Workshops.

 

 

WORKSHOPS

 

 

  • All Workshops are booked + paid for in advance, and by no later than the start of the session.

 

  • Workshops can be booked in advance + in the name of the person attending.

 

  • Once a Workshop has reached its capacity, we will operate a ‘Waitlist’ – should a space become available the first person on the Waitlist will be notified via the App + have 15 minutes to book the session before it is offered to the next person on the list.

 

Workshop Cancellation by you (the Client)

  • To avoid being charged, use the App or contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

 

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged at the full fee.

 

  • In the event that you cancel within 48 hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.

 

  • For Workshops to run, a participant minimum will be set. For example; for a Workshop of more than four participants, four people will be the minimum number of attendees for the Workshop to run. If the participant numbers are three or below, the Workshop will not run.

 

Workshop Cancellation by Bodhi Eden (the Studio/Teacher)

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Teacher leading the Workshop, need to cancel or postpone the Workshop we will give you as much notice as possible, and reschedule the Workshop where possible. In this instance you will be offered a full refund or the option to be transferred to an alternative Workshop or credited the value of the money to be used on other Bodhi Eden Classes, Courses or Workshops.

 

 

EVENTS (including our Sound Bath Events)

 

 

  • All Events are booked + paid for in advance, and by no later than the start of the session.

 

  • Events can be booked in advance + in the name of the person attending.

 

  • Once an Event has reached its capacity, we will operate a ‘Waitlist’ – should a space become available the first person on the Waitlist will be notified via the App + have 15 minutes to book the session before it is offered to the next person on the list.

 

Event Cancellation by you (the Client)

  • To avoid being charged, use the App or contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking.

 

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours of notice will be charged at the full fee.

 

  • In the event that you cancel within 72 hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.

 

  • For Events to run, a participant minimum will be set. For example; for an Event of more than four participants, four people will be the minimum number of attendees for the Event to run. If the participant numbers are three or below, the Event will not run.

 

Event Cancellation by Bodhi Eden (the Studio/Teacher)

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Teacher leading the Event, need to cancel or postpone the Event we will give you as much notice as possible, and reschedule the Event where possible. In this instance you will be offered a full refund or the option to be transferred to an alternative Event or credited the value of the money to be used on other Bodhi Eden Classes, Courses or Workshops.

 

 

TREATMENTS

All Treatments are provided by trained + qualified Therapists in their respective fields.

 

  • To book a Treatment in the first instance, please contact: hello@bodhieden.com where your Enquiry will be passed on to the relevant Therapist for booking + payments.

 

  • All Treatments are booked + paid for in advance, in agreement with Bodhi Eden +/or the relevant Therapist, and by no later than the start of the session.

 

 

  • The Client Enrolment Form must be completed before attendance to your first Treatment. Any changes to your circumstances or details must be updated via your Account or contact: hello@bodhieden.com

 

  • Individual Therapists may require you to complete a Waiver relevant to the Treatment you are undergoing + the Therapist will be solely responsible for managing your data from the point of booking.

 

  • Treatment prices are subject to change. If there is a need to increase the price, we will give you a minimum of 1 month’s notice before implementing any change.

 

  • Bodhi Eden reserves the right to refuse + cancel Treatment sessions from ANY individual. If removal of a Treatment session is enforced any benefits associated with the session will be forfeited + you (the Client) will NOT be entitled to any refund.

 

Treatment Cancellation by you (the Client)

  • To avoid being charged, use the App or contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking (or contact the relevant Therapist for their T+Cs).

 

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged at the full fee.

 

  • In the event that you cancel within 24 hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.

 

Treatment Cancellation by Bodhi Eden (the Studio/Therapist)

  • In the event that we (Bodhi Eden), or the Therapist, need to cancel or postpone the Treatment we will give you as much notice as possible, and reschedule the Treatment at a mutually convenient time to both parties.

GIFT CARDS (including eGift Cards)

Gift Cards (including eGift Cards) are non-refundable, must be redeemed before the expiry date + cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred.

Gift Cards/eGift Cards can be used against Bodhi Eden Yoga + Meditation services + products including:

  • Class Passes + Pricing Plans

  • Courses, Workshops + Events

  • Bodhi Eden Branded Merchandise

Gift Cards/eGift Cards cannot be redeemed against (unless otherwise stated):

  • Treatments

  • Retreats

  • 3rd Party Products or Services

​

Bodhi Eden reserves the right to decline or withdraw Gift Cards/eGift Cards. Bodhi Eden is not responsible + is unable to replace a Gift Card/eGift Card if it is lost, damaged, stolen or used without permission. Bodhi Eden is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a lost or stolen Card/eCard.

STUDIO HIRE

  • We do not currently hire the Studios for external use. If you still wish to enquire about Studio Hire, please direct your questions to: hello@bodhieden.com

 

 

YOUR MENTAL + PHYSICAL WELLBEING

Your healing, health + happiness is important to us + Bodhi Eden recognises + promotes the positive impact that physical activity can have on your health + wellbeing.

 

  • You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition + must keep the details you provide on the initial Client Enrolment Form up-to-date. Should there be any changes to your condition or ability to participate in Classes etc, please contact: hello@bodhieden.com + inform your Teacher at the beginning of the session.

 

  • It is important that you do what’s right for your body – move within your comfortable range, do not attempt any poses that don’t feel right in your body, do not attempt a pose that feels dangerous to you. If you feel pain at any time please come out of the pose; pain is your body’s way of saying something isn’t right. 

 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are practicing in a way that feels safe for you – this may look + feel very different from one day to another.  

 

  • We encourage you to contact us to let us know how your practice is going, as well as to make requests for any additional content you would like to receive. We are providing this service for you so please do share your feedback + thoughts with us at: hello@bodhieden.com It would be most welcome.

 

 

WEBSITE, EMAIL + PAYMENT PROCESSING

If you access + use this website, you accept + agree to be bound by, + comply with, these Terms.

Payments for Products + Services

  • All Payments will be processed in GBP Sterling at the time of payment.

 

  • Bodhi Eden is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

 

  • We (Bodhi Eden) understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
