Pregnancy + new motherhood are powerful, transformative journeys - your body deserves care, strength + connection, every step of the way.

Our Pre + Post Natal Yoga classes are designed to support you physically + emotionally, helping to ease common discomforts, build strength safely + prepare (or recover from) birth.

Specifically designed for Pregnancy + Postpartum recovery, these classes will help to:

  • Relieve common aches + tension

  • Build strength safely + gently

  • Improve sleep, circulation + posture

  • Support emotional wellbeing + reduce stress

For Baby, Yoga can support bonding, promote relaxation + even aid in early development through your calm presence + touch.

No experince is necessary - just come as you are. These sessions are about supporting your journey, every single step.

Pregnancy Yoga

If have practiced Yoga regularly + discovered you are Pregnant, you can continue to practice.

If you are new to Yoga + have reached at least your second trimester, then this class will be great for you!

Let us put your mind at ease + answer all your questions!​

What do I need to bring? - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Blanket + eye mask for relaxation (if you feel more comfortable with them)

Do I need to commit to a full course? - No, you are welcome to attend on an ad hoc basis (but signing up to a Membership will save you £££!) - Booking in advance is essential as there are limited spaces - FYI: booking a block of Class Passes or Membership will work out cheaper if you're committing to a regular practice!

Can I attend if I have a Pregnancy complication? - This can be answered on an individual basis - while we do our best to accommodate for common Pregnancy complications + can provide adaptations for these (high or low blood pressure / SPD) there will be some occasions where we would recommend you seek specialist advice from your Obs/Gynae/Consultant

Is there somewhere to park a buggie? - We encourage you to bring your baby to class in a carrier. We sadly cannot accommodate buggies. Our nearest Car Parks are Ebbisham NCP + Town Hall Car Park, we are then just a few short minutes walk away.

What should I bring? - Please bring a massage oil of your choice - we recommend a quality Organic Grapeseed Oil, Cold Press Coconut Oil or Sunflower Seed Oil - Please bring a towel/blanket/large muslin for your baby to lay on + any favourite toys, milk (where necessary)

Do I need a Yoga mat? - We will provide a mat to use for this session.

Babies to Pre-schoolers

These sessions are held at Metropolis Epsom + are for any Parent, Grandparent or carer plus your lovely baby (up to pre-schoolers)! Please bring your own mat!
