For a 60 minute massage with Rosie you can choose from the following options: DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE Targeting deeper layers of muscles + connective tissues within the body. This involves firm, sustained pressure to alleviate discomfort caused by chronic tension + knots. Depending on how much tension is present, a deep tissue massage may focus on specific problem areas, or it may be a full-body treatment. SWEDISH MASSAGE A full body treatment to bring relaxation + address muscle tension. Swedish massage typically involves light to medium pressure for an overall release + is recommended for anybody who prefers a more relaxing approach + wants to leave feeling rejuvenated and grounded. PREGNANCY + POSTNATAL MASSAGE Pregnancy massage is a specialist treatment help alleviate common ailments during pregnancy, such as muscular + joint discomfort, cramps, + swelling. Pregnancy massage is a gentle, nurturing treatment leaving the mother feeling rejuvenated head to toe. Postnatal massage focuses on nurturing the mother in the weeks + months following the birth. The aim of this treatment is to create a mini oasis for the mother, dedicated to soothing the physical + emotional challenges of caring for a baby. Postnatal massage is a wonderful way to give some much-needed rest + recuperation for new parents. SPORTS MASSAGE Especially beneficial for people training in the lead-up to a sports event to help prepare the muscles + prevent injury. Cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged at the full fee. In the event that you cancel within 24-hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.
