Class Description

Each Teacher will bring their own unique take on High Sky Yoga, but expect a flowy Yoga practice to help get you over the hump in the day! Breathe, mediate, move + relax. The physical practice runs for 45-minutes. Feel free to stay for the Meditation once you've reached Savasana.

Always email us: hello@bodhieden.com if you need to cancel a class within the 8-hour timeframe. You will not be able to self-cancel in this time. Messages sent elsewhere may not be received in time. - Late Cancellations are charged at £5 - No Shows are charged at £10 These charges are automatically invoiced to your email address, regardless of your Pass or Plan.
