Sunset Yoga

Class Description

Each Teacher will bring their own unique take on Sunset Yoga, however this class will comprise of slow, deep stretches + long guided relaxations/meditations. And probably a little head massage or Reiki whilst your there... Breathe, mediate, move + relax. Please let the Teacher know ahead of class if you would prefer a 'hands-off' approach.

Cancellation Policy

Always email us: hello@bodhieden.com if you need to cancel a class within the 8-hour timeframe. You will not be able to self-cancel in this time. Messages sent elsewhere may not be received in time. - Late Cancellations are charged at £5 - No Shows are charged at £10 These charges are automatically invoiced to your email address, regardless of your Pass or Plan.
