This 4-week course is perfect for you if you are new to Yoga, revisiting Yoga or if you want to gain a greater understanding of your practice. The course will deep dive into a full Yoga practice that includes: - Asanas (postures) - Breathwork - Meditation - Relaxation Each asana will be broken down in detail + worked through with the chance to make personalised adjustments suitable for your body. You will have the chance to ask questions + find out what works best for you. Each week you will discover a range of asanas + build upon these to form a sequence you can take away with you to practice by the end of the course.
