Prepare to breathe, journal + be taken into a deeply meditative state with healing frequencies + vibrations.
What to bring:
- A journal or notepad + a pen
- An eye mask/pillow*
- A pillow for your head
- A bottle of water
- Anything else to make you feel cozy + comfortable
