Join Charlotte for a dynamic 2-Hr Headstand Workshop designed to build strength, stability + confidence in your inversion practice.
Whether you’re starting out or looking to refine your technique, we will explore various approaches to headstand including the classic Basket Hand Headstand as well as creative variations from a Wide-Legged Forward Fold.
This workshop will guide you through preparatory exercises to engage the core, align the body + prepare the shoulders for safe inversions.
You’ll leave feeling empowered with a deeper understanding of balance, breath + body awareness in your Headstand.
