Join us for an introduction into Headstands + explore in a safe space the what to do's + what not to do's!

We will look at the anatomy of a Headstand, explore Yoga 'drills' to help engage the right groups of muscles needed to sustain the pose + help you overcome the fear factor of balancing on your arms + head!
