We’ll begin by sipping Ceremonial Cacao, infused with rose, as a heart-opening elixir to create a sacred space for intention-setting + self-love. The loving energy of Cacao will guide us into a deeper connection with ourselves + others. Then, we’ll flow into gentle movement + mantra, honouring our hearts before surrendering into the soothing vibrations of a crystal alchemy Sound Bath.
