About the event

BASICALLY this Workshop is all about how Yoga can support, enhance + improve your running + cycling (or vice versa)! Whether you're a runner/cycler + keen to start developing a Yoga practice, or a regular Yoga seeker looking to start running/cycling, this Workshop will guide you through how they can complement one another.

A 2016 study published in the International Journal of Yoga found that athletes who took part in biweekly yoga sessions over a 10-week period improved their flexibility and balance.
