Class Description

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Indian Head Massage can be used on its own as a 30-minute session (with or without natural oil) or in combination with reflexology for a “top to toe” blissful treatment to promote healing + relaxation. This treatment provides a beneficial + deeply relaxing acupressure massage to the head, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms + face. With its roots in the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian Head Massage has numerous benefits including: • improving migraines and headaches • relieving neck, back and shoulder pain, • detoxifying the body by stimulating lymphatic drainage • reducing stress and anxiety • improving blood flow to aid concentration • renewing energy levels • promoting hair growth Sessions can be booked as a single treatment or a series over a period of months to help support + complement conventional medical approaches for specific issues such as pain, stress, insomnia + migraines.

Cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged at the full fee. In the event that you cancel within 24-hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.
