60min appointment, including posture, movement + video gait analysis.
Class Description
Your first session is all about fact-finding. We’ll begin with a full discussion of your injury history before assessing your posture, movement + gait. Following the appointment, a detailed gait analysis will be carried out using video footage from your session + provide clear feedback + a tailored plan of action at your next appointment. For the most accurate assessment, it’s helpful to be able to see the spine. Men are advised to wear just a pair of shorts, women shorts/leggings with a sports bra. If you’d prefer more coverage (for comfort or religious reasons), please wear close-fitting clothing with contrasting colours on the top + bottom half.
Cancellation Policy
Please review carefully the Terms + Conditions which can be found here: www.bodhieden.com/terms-and-conditions To avoid being charged, use the App or contact: hello@bodhieden.com at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking (or contact the relevant Therapist for their T+Cs). Cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged at the full fee. In the event that you cancel within 24-hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.
