A firm but relaxing full body massage to ease tension, improve circulation + reduce pain. This massage is recommended for maintenance rather than to address any specific problems for which a Sports Massage would be more appropriate.

Cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged at the full fee. In the event that you cancel within 24-hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.
