REFLEXOLOGY +/OR INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE COMBO Design your own personalised Treatment combining Foot or Facial Reflexology +/or Indian Head Massage in this 90-minute blissful experience. Reflexology can be used at any stage of life to improve sleep, promote positive energy flow (our “life force” or Qi), aid lymph + blood circulation, reduce stress + anxiety, support hormonal changes + create a feeling of deep relaxation. It’s suitable for babies, children, teenagers, conception, maternity, post-natal, menopause + older patients. Sessions can be booked as a single treatment or a series over a period of months to help support + complement conventional medical approaches for specific issues such as pain, stress, insomnia + migraines.

Cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged at the full fee. In the event that you cancel within 24-hours, miss the session or arrive late you are still obliged to pay the full fee and will not be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the individual session.
