Class Description

Our breath is a powerful bridge between the body + mind. By consciously altering the rhythm of our breath, we tap into the body’s innate wisdom, unlocking its ability to heal + release stored emotions, memories, stress + trauma. In this class you’ll explore the transformative power of your breath! You'll begin with a gentle meditation to help you soften + connect with your body, creating a foundation for the active Breathwork practice that follows. The class will conclude with 10 minutes of integration + space for any reflections or sharing, if you wish. NB: This practice is done lying down, allowing you to fully relax + surrender into the experience. Breathwork can support you with: • Energising or calming the body • The ability to reduce stress + anxiety • Improved digestion, sleep + focus • Cultivating presence, inner peace + stillness • Release of stuck or stagnant emotions in the body • Deeper connection to self • The opportunity to regulate your own Nervous System • Detoxification of the body • Emotional intelligence • Opening to creativity + expression • Increased compassion, understanding + authentic connection in relationships • Heightened intuition + receptivity

Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully our Booking + Cancellation Policy (below) + the Terms + Conditions which can be found here: www.bodhieden.com/terms-and-conditions You can book your classes up to 7 days in advance. If you wish to book on last minute (within 2-hours of Class start) please email us: hello@bodhieden.com + we will be happy to add you on, if space allows. You can reschedule or self-cancel bookings up to 5-minutes ahead of Class start (you will need to be a Site Member to enable this option + store your Payment Card on file). If you do need to cancel within 8-hours of Class (+ up to 5 minutes ahead of Class start time) this is considered a ‘Late Cancellation’ + charged at a rate of £5.00* If you do not cancel or contact us 5-minutes ahead of Class start to let us know of your non-attendance then this is considered a ‘No Show’ + is charged at a rate of £10.00*. - Late Cancellations are charged at £5.00 - No Shows are charged at £10.00 ***Cancellation Fees (Late Cancellation + No Show) will be automatically charged to your chosen Payment Card option that you store on file.*** Our Class Booking + Cancellation Policy is in place regardless of the Pass or Plan that you are on. To ensure our popular Classes are always full, a Waitlist option is in place for Classes that are already fully booked. You will be notified via email if a space becomes available to accept your place in the Class (within a 15-minute window). If you do not accept, your place will be offered to the next person on the list.
